Tabbouleh Recipe

Ingredients

5 Roma Tomatoes

1 Small Yellow Onion

3 Bunches Parsley

1/2 cup Fine Bulgar

2 tbsp Mint (Finely chopped)

8 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 Lemons

Directions

1Soak bulgur in cold water until soft and strain.

2Combine all ingredients except lemon juice in a large mixing bowl.

3Add juice of lemons, one at a time until desired taste is reached.

4Salt and pepper to taste.

5Chill and serve cold.
